Role Overview
Implement and customize ZOHO apps CRM, Projects, Desk, etc. Provide technical support and training for ZOHO users. Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks. Ensure seamless integration of ZOHO with other systems. Uphold IT security and document processes.
We’re looking for an IT and Zoho Support Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage ZOHO applications and oversee our IT infrastructure.
Key Skills- Expertise in ZOHO apps and IT management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of system integrations, data management, and IT security.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
ZOHO certifications and SQL experience.
