Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of ITSM projects from initiation to closure ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring clear understanding and buy‑in.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross‑functional team collaboration, fostering effective communication and problem‑solving to overcome project hurdles.
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of ITSM processes and tools such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Experience in implementation of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience in implementation of tools – Jira, Service Now, or equivalent ITMS tools.
- Deep understanding of Incident Life Cycle Management, Problem Management, Project Planning, Risk and Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, and Governance.
