Senior QA Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and quality‑driven QA leader to own the end‑to‑end quality of our embedded and IoT solutions. This role requires defining and executing QA strategy, ensuring robust testing frameworks, and maintaining the highest standards of functionality, performance, and reliability across INTEREL s products and services.

This role will play a pivotal part in building and leading a growing team of Embedded QA Engineers, collaborating with external QA partners, and driving test automation and process excellence. Reporting directly to the CTO, the position will act as the gatekeeper for quality, safeguarding product integrity while supporting scalable and efficient product development.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience
  : 7 years in QA testing roles with at least 2 years in a management or team‑lead capacity, ideally in a startup environment.
• Embedded Systems
  :
  Proven experience in embedded systems testing with a strong focus on automation.
• Automation Frameworks
  :
  Hands‑on experience in developing, implementing, and using QA automation frameworks.
• Efficiency & Coverage
  :
  Relevant experience in applying automation to improve efficiency, coverage, and reliability.
• Protocols
  :
  Demonstrated experience in embedded communication protocols.
• Cloud Connectivity
  :
  Demonstrated experience in cloud‑connected products.
• QA Deliverables
  :
  Demonstrated accountability for QA deliverables, team performance, and release quality.
• Agile
  :
  Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams.
