The SVP Technology is responsible for shaping and delivering a world-class technology ecosystem that enhances ultra-luxury guest experience operational excellence and brand differentiation across the Group s global portfolio. As a key member of the extended Executive leadership team, the role drives the modernization and transformation of the Technology function, positioning it as a strategic enabler of performance, personalization and scalable growth.

- Elevate the end-to-end digital guest journey across properties
- Ensure seamless integration between PMS, CRM, Revenue, POS and guest-facing platforms
- Enable data-driven personalization and service excellence aligned with luxury brand standards
- Support innovation in guest engagement, mobile services and experiential technologies
- Define and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with brand and ownership expectations
- Align corporate and property technology standards globally
- Lead investment governance and value realization across all initiatives
- Modernize infrastructure across corporate and hotel environments, cloud-first resilient architecture
- Oversee core enterprise and hospitality systems
- Standardize and simplify the global application landscape while preserving property level flexibility
- Establish enterprise-wide governance and advanced analytical capabilities
- Leverage predictive analytics and AI to optimize revenue, operations and guest satisfaction
- Ensure robust cybersecurity for the protection of guest and brand data
- Elevate IT service delivery standards across properties worldwide
- Implement clear SLAs, KPIs and performance governance
- Strengthen vendor partnerships and strategic sourcing models
- Redesign the global Technology operating model
- Restructure and upgrade team capabilities to support a premium hospitality environment
- Embed a performance-driven service-oriented culture within IT
- Drive digital transformation across corporate and hotel operations
- Lead change management across a geographically dispersed portfolio
10+ years executive-level technology leader with experience in luxury hospitality or premium multi-site environments. Proven transformation leader capable of modernizing legacy systems and organizations. Strong understanding of guest-centric digital ecosystems. Ability to balance global standardization with property-level agility. High executive presence with Board-level communication capability. Experience leading diverse, international teams through complex change.
