Role OverviewLooking for a BA Scrum hybrid to support the data squad, bringing structure, improving agile maturity, and stepping into business analysis responsibilities when needed. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organise a less mature squad environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support agile delivery for the data squad.
- Drive structure and improve team delivery discipline.
- Step in as a BA where requirements are not sufficiently detailed for developers.
- Work with the Product Owner to refine requirements into development‑ready inputs.
- Bring practical agile ways of working into a lower‑maturity data environment.
- Stay hands‑on with day‑to‑day delivery rather than limiting involvement to coaching.
- Strong Scrum Master / delivery experience.
- Comfortable flexing between Scrum Master and Business Analyst responsibilities.
- Ability to operate in teams with lower agile maturity.
- Data platform exposure is ideal, but not mandatory.
- Strong delivery mindset; willing to get into practical execution work.
- Open to varied responsibilities beyond a narrow role definition.
- Experience working with data or BI environments.
- Exposure to platforms or teams working with tools such as Google Looker or broader data delivery ecosystems.
