AI Solution Architect Leader - Globally Renowned Consulting Firm

The AI Solution Architect Leader is a senior AI and technology executive responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering enterprise‑scale AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role serves as the design authority for complex AI programs, translating business strategy into scalable, secure, and responsible AI architectures across data platforms, AI/ML pipelines, GenAI stacks, cloud infrastructure, and MLOps.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery, the AI Solution Architect Leader advises executive stakeholders on AI investment, value realization, and risk management, while leading multidisciplinary internal teams and ecosystem partners to execute AI initiatives  role combines market‑facing leadership—originating AI‑led opportunities and leading solutioning for proposals with deep technical ownership to ensure solutions move successfully from concept to production.

This position requires strong executive presence, the ability to bridge business and advanced AI engineering, and a proven track record delivering large‑scale AI transformations in complex enterprise or consulting environments, with a strong focus on governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI adoption.

• Own and define end‑to‑end AI solution architectures spanning data platforms, AI/ML pipelines, GenAI/LLM stacks, cloud infrastructure, security, integration, and MLOps
• Act as design authority for large‑scale, multi‑vendor AI programs, ensuring architectural coherence and compliance with enterprise, data, security, and regulatory standards
• Lead delivery of AI solutions, directing internal teams and partners to meet performance, scalability, reliability, and responsible AI requirements
• Translate business requirements into actionable AI designs, including model selection, orchestration patterns, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, and system integrations
• Chair AI architecture reviews and governance forums, communicating complex technical concepts effectively to executive and non‑technical stakeholders
• Oversee AI solution quality, risks, and dependencies, including data readiness, model risk, technical debt, and ethical AI considerations

• Originate and shape AI‑led opportunities across priority industries and strategic accounts
• Lead AI solutioning for proposals, bids, and competitive pursuits
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives on AI strategy, investment prioritization, and value realization
• Represent the organization in client workshops, executive briefings, and selected thought leadership engagements
• Build and scale the firm’s AI solution architecture capability

• Deep expertise in enterprise AI solution architecture

• Proven ability to take AI solutions from pilot to production at enterprise scale
• Strong command of AI non‑functional requirements: performance, reliability, explainability, compliance, and cost optimization
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI platforms, open‑source ML frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration/monitoring tools
• Executive‑level communication and influencing skills, bridging business strategy and advanced AI engineering
• Strong understanding of responsible AI

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 8–10+ years in AI, data, solution architecture, and technology leadership
• Demonstrated success leading large‑scale AI or data‑driven transformation programs in consulting or complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience owning AI solutioning for client pursuits and delivering commercial impact
• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree or PhD preferred
• Cloud, AI, or data architecture certifications strongly desirable
• Consulting, multi‑client delivery, and ecosystem partner management experience is a strong advantage
