AI Engineer

Position: AI Engineer

Design, build, and deploy AI powered solutions using LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies to solve real-world business challenges through scalable and production ready applications.

• Develop and optimize AI models for NLP, LLM-driven applications, and Computer Vision use cases including chatbots, OCR, document analysis, and video analytics
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines, AI agents, APIs, and scalable inference services for production environments
• Fine-tune pre-trained models and manage datasets for model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Monitor model performance, reliability, and scalability while improving inference efficiency and system accuracy
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions and drive innovation

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with hands‑on exposure to NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, or Llama Index
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector databases such as FAISS or Pinecone
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
