Role Overview
As a Technical Pre‑Sales Consultant – HPE, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer business and technical requirements.
- Design and propose networking solutions using Juniper / Aruba (HPE Networking) technologies.
- Deliver customer presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical documentation including network designs (HLD/LLD), BOMs, SOWs, and proposals; respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Provide technical consulting, support PoCs/PoVs, and stay updated on networking technologies while supporting partners and clients.
- 5+ years of networking experience with hands‑on exposure to Juniper products and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of routing & switching (MX, EX, QFX, SRX) and protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN‑VXLAN, and SD‑WAN.
- Experience across enterprise networking, data center, security, wireless, and cloud networking.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Customer focus: deep understanding of partner and end‑customer needs, building trust through consistent and responsive support.
- Excellent communication: presents complex technical concepts clearly, adapting style to engineers and business decision‑makers.
- Nimble learning: embraces new technologies and market shifts with curiosity, applying fresh knowledge quickly to create value for partners.
