Your RoleAs a Document Controller, you will be the key figure in managing and structuring technical documentation within a chemical or industrial environment. You will work through Netcraft and support the maintenance department by ensuring accurate, accessible, and compliant document flow.
Your Responsibilities- Centralizing and organizing P&IDs and safety documentation
- Managing technical documentation in SAP and other DMS platforms
- Preparing documentation required for construction, permits, and audits
- Supporting the administration of equipment and material records
- Liaising with maintenance, engineering, and HSE departments
- Ensuring document control compliance and traceability
- A2 diploma or bachelor’s degree with relevant industrial experience
- Experience in petrochemicals, manufacturing, or utilities is a plus
- Proficiency with SAP and structured document workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communicator, fluent in Dutch or English
