Enterprise Marketing Manager – Middle East & Africa
Lenovo is looking for an Enterprise Marketing Manager for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) to drive engagement with enterprise customers and support the growth of Lenovo’s enterprise technology portfolio across the region.
This role sits between the EMEA marketing team and MEA country marketing teams, translating regional strategies into actionable programs for local markets. The focus is on promoting Lenovo’s enterprise solutions and technologies, including hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, data centers, security and Tru Scale services, while strengthening Lenovo’s position as a trusted technology partner for CIOs and enterprise IT leaders.
The role works closely with sales teams, solution experts, CTOs, and regional marketing leaders to develop enterprise marketing programs that drive customer engagement, pipeline generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive enterprise customer and senior IT decision-maker engagement across MEA.
- Build and nurture a CIO/CxO engagement network across priority markets.
- Lead executive programs, webinars, solution events and cross‑country enterprise initiatives.
- Develop compelling enterprise technology narratives around topics such as Hybrid AI, hybrid cloud, security and sustainability.
- Create customer success stories and solution use cases that demonstrate business impact.
- Develop structured engagement programs for strategic enterprise accounts, such as Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks and customer nurturing initiatives for existing clients, organized by industry and priority accounts.
- Support enterprise‑focused campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with sales and demand generation teams to ensure leads are captured and followed up effectively.
- Track pipeline contribution and campaign performance across Lenovo’s enterprise portfolio.
- Provide frameworks, messaging, assets and guidance to territory marketing managers.
- Support local teams in delivering enterprise events, customer engagements and solution campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between EMEA strategy and MEA execution.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally in enterprise IT, infrastructure, cloud or digital transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions such as hybrid cloud, data center infrastructure, AI platforms or IT services.
- Experience working with sales teams and enterprise customers (CIO/CTO level).
- Familiarity with account‑based marketing and enterprise customer programs.
- Ability to translate complex technology topics into compelling customer narratives.
