Automation Architecture & Platform Leadership
- Architect design and implement enterprise‑grade automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Define and enforce Power Platform governance solution design principles and environment strategies.
- Oversee implementation of Dataverse data models connectors and integration logic for cross‑system workflows.
- Manage lifecycle of Power Platform solutions from ideation to productionization ensuring scalability, performance and compliance.
- Lead fitment assessment discussions for new business process automation use cases.
- Evaluate system interdependencies and define integration architecture between Power Platform, ERP, CRM and custom applications.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to establish integration patterns leveraging APIs, Microsoft Graph and Azure connectors.
- Drive adoption of Copilot Studio agents for conversational automation and AI‑based process augmentation.
- Lead cross‑functional low‑code development teams ensuring technical quality and delivery efficiency.
- Define delivery frameworks, reusable components and best practices for citizen and professional developers.
- Mentor team members on design reusability and governance across environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
- Act as the technical authority and escalation point for Power Platform development challenges.
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical automation blueprints.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to identify automation opportunities and evaluate ROI.
- Communicate solution strategies and progress to executive and business sponsors.
- Ensure alignment of Power Platform strategy with organizational digital transformation roadmap.
- Promote AI‑infused automation leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost performance and maintainability of solutions.
- Stay abreast of Microsoft Power Platform roadmap and integrate emerging features proactively.
- Foster a culture of reusability and low‑code enablement across business functions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
- 10 years of overall experience in application development and 5 years in Power Platform technical lead position.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of automation fitment governance frameworks and Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
- Hands‑on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure SQL Server and enterprise systems (Oracle / CRM).
- Proficiency in PowerFX, SQL and basic scripting for automation orchestration.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi‑team delivery, managing sprints and ensuring high‑quality output.
