Job Description

The IT Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth for Get Max.

Cloud in Dubai. This position involves selling a diversified portfolio of products and solutions, ranging from hardware and consumables to advanced services like cloud solutions and professional IT services. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and developing opportunities in the UAE market.

Candidates should be proactive, results‑oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build long‑term relationships with clients. They will coordinate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and to provide feedback on market trends and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and acquire new sales leads and prospects in the UAE market.

  • Hardware Consumables:
    Laptops, desktops, servers, etc.
  • Data Centre Solutions:
    Dell servers, network switches, backup solutions, etc.
  • Networking Solutions:
    Cisco routers, switches, Uni Fi switch solutions.
  • Professional Services:
    Computer repair, software troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), Mimecast, Sophos, Acronis, Defender (AV, ES).
  • Backup Solutions:
    Acronis, Veeam.
  • WiFi Solutions:
    Uni Fi, Aruba, etc.
  • Office CCTV Solutions.
  • Microsoft Azure Customers (minimum $500/month consumption).
  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium and above seats.
  • Microsoft Copilot solutions for individuals, departments and organizations.
  • Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics 365 inquiries.
  • Microsoft Teams PBX / Teams Telephony.
  • Video conferencing and interactive display boards.
  • PBX orders (3CX), Audio Codes, etc.
  • Microsoft Power Apps development on MS Power Platform.
  • Website development, domain, and web hosting orders.
  • AMC contracts for both remote and onsite engineers.
Other Commercial Qualities
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for tailored solutions that align with client needs.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements, trends, and insights in the IT industry.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT Sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in selling software and hardware products such as Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Adobe, Dell, HP hardware, etc.
  • Industry certifications like Microsoft MS100, AZ100, Dynamics
    365, Cisco Networking, other cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi and Indian languages;
    Arabic is a plus.
