Skills:

Technical Knowledge Required for this role. Technical skills include Very Advanced Programming and SQL PL-SQL language;
Deep Knowledge on Trade Finance;
Very Advanced Programming on Java;
Very Advanced on Dev Ops;
Deep Knowledge on Ethix Core Banking;
Finance RFR and Profit calculation;
Very Advanced Programming Crystal reports;
Ability to communicate effectively with IT specialists (e.g., IT security, network infrastructure teams);
Understanding of Core Banking, Trade SCF products, their workflow and life cycle;
Understanding of Islamic banking and Islamic Products (Murabaha, Istisna, LME, Wakala, Ijara is must);
Experience of working on Core Banking Ethix;
Hands-on experience of implementation, configuration and support of Core Trade SCF system.

Proven track record of working experience with Core Trade SCF;
Experience of defining accounting and posting rules for all Trade SCF products and instruments;
Experience in SIT, UAT and stakeholder management;
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in requirement definition and analysis, workshop facilitation and documentation;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Project Management experience;
Excellent communication, presentation and consultancy skills.

A good degree in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 18 years of relevant working experience;
Experience of working in a Bank or financial services company (Preferably Islamic Banking);
Previous experience required (if any) Minimum 18 Years in banking (10 years in consultation on Core, Trade / Supply chain finance).

• Hands-on implementation, configuration and support of Core Trade SCF system.
• Define and implement accounting and posting rules for Trade SCF products and instruments.
• Participate in SIT and UAT and manage stakeholders.
• Lead requirement definition, analysis, workshop facilitation and documentation.
• Engage in project management activities as needed and communicate effectively with IT and business teams.
• Work under pressure to deliver results while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Minimum 18 years of relevant banking experience; 18 years in banking with at least 10 years in consultation on Core, Trade or Supply Chain Finance.
• Experience in Core Banking Ethix and Trade SCF systems; hands-on implementation, configuration and support.
• Experience in Islamic Banking products (Murabaha, Istisna, LME, Wakala, Ijara).
• Strong programming skills (SQL, PL-SQL, Java) and Dev Ops;
  Crystal Reports.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, stakeholder management and project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and consultancy skills.
