We are looking for an experienced Delivery Project Manager to lead the execution of a large Tier-1 banking implementation (Cheque Clearing) for a UAE bank.

The role requires strong client-facing leadership, delivery governance, and scope control in regulated banking environments. This is a critical delivery role on a high-visibility program.

• Own end-to-end delivery of the ICCS 3.0 implementation
• Lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary internal and external teams, ensuring clear ownership, coordination, and accountability across all delivery streams
• Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Chair delivery governance and steering meetings

• Ensure strict adherence to the agreed scope and change control process
• Prevent scope creep and manage change requests with commercial awareness
• Work closely with internal product and engineering teams to align delivery commitments

• Own the detailed project plan and execution roadmap
• Manage progress, RAID items, and delivery KPIs
• Ensure issues are escalated early with clear mitigation plans

• Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams
• Work with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment
• Maintain clear, structured communication with the client at all times

• 8–12+ years of experience delivering core banking, payments, and cheque clearing platforms
• Experience working with Central Bank–regulated implementations
• Experience working with Tier-1 banks in the UAE or GCC
• Proven ability to manage large, complex, regulated programs
• Strong client-facing presence and communication skills
• Experience managing scope, change control, and delivery governance
