Overview
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications, tailoring setups to meet specific user requirements. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, maintaining seamless communication across the organization. Conduct regular system updates and security patches, proactively mitigating vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications, tailoring setups to meet specific user requirements.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, maintaining seamless communication across the organization.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches, proactively mitigating vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, showcasing hands-on experience in problem-solving.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is advantageous to understand the dynamics of business IT needs.
