A leading banking client in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Tester to join its technology team. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute performance and load testing strategies.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and Load Runner.
- Analyze application performance, scalability, and system behavior under varying workloads.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and application support teams.
- Prepare detailed performance testing reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Validate application stability, reliability, and response times before production deployment.
- Support continuous performance improvement initiatives across enterprise applications.
- Ensure performance testing activities align with project quality standards and timelines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Experience working on enterprise or banking applications is preferred.
- Immediate joiners currently located in the UAE.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise with JMeter and Load Runner.
- Extensive knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
- Experience in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Ability to analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Experience recommending and implementing performance optimization improvements.
- Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and reporting.
