Key Responsibilities- Manage enterprise patch deployment using Ivanti Security Controls.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and remediate patch deployment issues.
- Perform monthly Windows Server patching, health checks, and preventive system maintenance.
- Administer Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
- Manage and support Hyper-V Clusters.
- Administer Windows Failover Clusters and SQL Server Clusters.
- Prepare patching schedules, implementation plans, rollback procedures, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with infrastructure and application teams.
- Monitor patch compliance and support vulnerability remediation initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ivanti Security Controls and enterprise patch management.
- Extensive experience administering Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Experience managing Hyper-V Clusters.
- Experience with Windows Failover Clustering.
- Experience administering and patching SQL Server Clusters.
- Knowledge of enterprise patch compliance reporting and troubleshooting.
- Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in banking or enterprise environments is preferred.
- Willingness to work during scheduled maintenance windows and after-office hours when required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
