An exciting onsite opportunity is available for an experienced eStore SAP Hybris Developer / Technical Lead in Dubai, UAE. The role is designed for senior technology professionals with extensive experience in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud), enterprise eCommerce platforms, and operations management. This position offers the opportunity to lead the development, maintenance, and operational support of enterprise eCommerce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams. The successful candidate will contribute to digital commerce initiatives, service delivery excellence, and continuous platform improvement, while gaining further professional development through enterprise-scale projects and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise eCommerce solutions using SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud).
- Lead technical implementation, enhancement, and operational support activities.
- Manage application operations to ensure high availability and service reliability.
- Coordinate incident management, issue resolution, and production support.
- Monitor and achieve SLA compliance across support and development activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement technical requirements.
- Manage tasks and project activities using JIRA and ticketing tools.
- Support B2B and B2C eCommerce platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement performance improvements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to development teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure digital commerce solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT operations experience.
- At least 7+ years of experience in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and eCommerce technologies.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
