Key Responsibilities- Provide L1 and L2 technical support for enterprise IT infrastructure and network operations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user account management.
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, switching, and routing technologies.
- Monitor network performance and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests using Manage Engine Service Desk Plus.
- Perform endpoint management and hardware troubleshooting.
- Monitor backup operations and ensure successful backup completion.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain system availability and performance.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow IT service management best practices.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in L1/L2 Infrastructure Support and Network Operations.
