A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior GTB Technology Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Oracle FLEXCUBE transformation programs in Dubai, UAE. This onsite leadership opportunity is designed for senior technology professionals with extensive experience in Global Transaction Banking (GTB), Oracle FLEXCUBE solutions, and enterprise banking technology delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end technology delivery for complex core banking transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation across multiple countries while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership. • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle FLEXCUBE-based Global Transaction Banking (GTB) transformation programs.
• Manage large-scale core banking transformation and system integration initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE modules, including FCUBS, OBDX, OBTF, OBP, and OBLM.
• Drive technology delivery for Payments, Cash Management, and Trade Finance solutions.
• Coordinate multi-country implementation projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and technology teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and delivery milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful program execution.
• Lead vendor coordination and stakeholder communication throughout project life cycles.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, banking standards, and delivery best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

• 16–20 years of professional experience in enterprise technology delivery.
• Extensive experience in Global Transaction Banking (GTB).
• Proven expertise delivering Oracle FLEXCUBE transformation programs.li>
• Experience managing multi-country technology delivery projects.
• Strong background in banking technology, system integration, and enterprise transformation.
• Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.
