HTP Global Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to support and enhance enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations in the UAE. This role is ideal for networking professionals with strong expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, SD-WAN, wireless networking, and network security who can ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of business-critical infrastructure.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support of enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security environments. You will work closely with IT operations, security teams, service providers, and business stakeholders to maintain reliable connectivity across multi-site infrastructure. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with routing and switching, MPLS, SD-WAN, Fortinet security platforms, wireless network technologies, and network monitoring tools.

You will lead troubleshooting efforts, perform root cause analysis, support network transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with operational and security standards. This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse enterprise environments while contributing to network modernization and operational excellence.

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Configure and support Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco ISR routing platforms.
• Administer dynamic routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
• Manage VLANs, STP, Ether Channel, Layer 2, and Layer 3 network services.
• Troubleshoot MPLS connectivity and coordinate with service providers to resolve network issues.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize Forti Gate firewall solutions and security policies.
• Administer Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer, and Forti Authenticator platforms.
• Configure and maintain VPN, NAT, IPS, access control, and network security solutions.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco and Huawei Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs).
• Perform wireless access point planning, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Manage Network Access Control (NAC) platforms, including Aruba Clear Pass.
• Monitor network health using Cisco Prime, Cisco Catalyst Center, Solar Winds, and PRTG.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve critical incidents within defined SLAs.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and network diagrams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise network administration.
• Strong expertise with Cisco Catalyst switching platforms.
• Experience configuring and supporting Cisco ISR routers.
• Advanced knowledge of OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VLAN, STP, Ether Channel, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking.
• Proven MPLS implementation and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SD-WAN technologies.
• Strong administration and troubleshooting experience with Forti Gate firewalls.
• Experience with Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer, and Forti Authenticator.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies, NAT, IPS, and network security policy management.
• Experience with Cisco and Huawei wireless infrastructure.
• Expertise in wireless access point deployment and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Aruba Clear Pass or other NAC solutions.
• Experience with Cisco Prime, Catalyst Center, Solar Winds, and PRTG monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
