About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager – Project Delivery & IT Governance to join Dubai Holding Community Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Program Management:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale IT and digital transformation projects across DHCM, cross-vertical teams, and partners
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and programs with complex dependencies and high business impact
• Participate in long-term IT planning, ensuring technology initiatives support organizational priorities
• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation and business case support through execution, go-live, and closure
• Define project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks
• Oversee business analysts and delivery teams, ensuring alignment of scope, resources, timelines, and budgets
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies depending on program needs
• Establish consistent project reporting, PMO standards, and portfolio tracking
• Ensure robust risk management, including identification, mitigation planning, and escalation of critical issues

Strategic Leadership & IT Strategy:

• Partner with business and IT leaders to shape and influence the IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap
• Ensure program portfolios are aligned with strategic business objectives and enterprise priorities
• Support digital transformation initiatives by introducing innovation and best practices in enterprise applications

Demand & Financial Management:

• Support demand intake and prioritization in alignment with approved roadmaps
• Lead demand intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Track and manage program expenditures against approved budget
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture principles and align with DH IT technology standards
• Oversee end-to-end integrations to enable seamless business processes and customer experiences
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as IT security, data protection, enterprise architects, developers, Cloud COE, and product teams for scalable and secure implementations

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, Executive Directors, and C level executives
• Provide executive dashboards, presentations, and reporting to leadership teams
• Facilitate steering committee sessions and support executive decision-making

Governance, Risk, Audit & Compliance:

• Establish and enforce project governance, reporting cadence, and delivery standards
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
