Senior Application Specialist

Role Summary

The Senior CRM Application Specialist is responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions while guiding both business and IT stakeholders in strategic planning. This role leverages information technology to achieve significant business outcomes and ensures adherence to Enterprise Architecture standards. The Specialist will focus on the analysis, design, development, and implementation of processes and technologies within the Salesforce suite of applications.

• Lead Salesforce Projects and Operations by developing a Product Strategy that aligns with both business and technology requirements.
• Create and deliver CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, , Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and J2EE technologies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Oversee the application design, development, and support for Salesforce-related projects.
• Identify and propose Salesforce-based solutions, integration points, and implementation architectures to enhance business operations, scalability, and performance.
• Engage in detailed architectural discussions to build trust and establish strong relationships with business users during the implementation phase.
• Utilize UML diagrams, design documentation, and industry best practices to guide the detailed design of Salesforce projects from inception through to production support.
• Demonstrate progressive leadership throughout the software development lifecycle by managing both onsite and offshore technical teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that project and operational outcomes meet business expectations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business users and project team members, addressing complex technical challenges and providing expert solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed applications, including at least 2 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Experience in the Real Estate domain is a plus.
• Extensive experience in cloud transformation projects with a focus on at least two of the major  platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of CRM software quality assurance best practices, including data storage, cleansing, and security.
• Salesforce Solution Architect Certification is highly preferred.
