We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure operations and service delivery in Dubai, UAE. The position requires 5–10 years of hands‑on IT Infrastructure experience
, including 3–5 years in a Team Lead or Manager role
, with strong expertise in enterprise networking, next-generation firewalls, cybersecurity, and infrastructure operations.
The successful candidate will have Level 3 hands‑on expertise with enterprise core and perimeter firewalls such as Palo Alto PA-3250, Fortinet 710G, or equivalent NGFW platforms
. The role includes responsibility for firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, routing, high availability, threat prevention, incident response, and infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations and service delivery.
- Manage and support enterprise core and perimeter firewall environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, routing, and HA.
- Manage threat prevention, log analysis, optimization, upgrades, and incident response.
- Work with Palo Alto PA-3250, Fortinet 710G, or equivalent NGFW platforms.
- Manage enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Support TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and BGP environments.
- Manage switching, servers, storage, cloud, and wireless infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain ACLs, network segmentation, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
- Support endpoint security, backup, disaster recovery, and Zero Trust controls.
- Lead infrastructure operations and service delivery activities.
- Manage ITSM processes and SLA/OLA requirements.
- Handle technical escalations and infrastructure incidents.
- Monitor infrastructure capacity, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Lead infrastructure projects and improvement initiatives.
- Manage and mentor infrastructure and support engineers.
- Ensure infrastructure services meet operational and business requirements.
- 5–10 years of hands‑on IT Infrastructure experience

- Experience with Palo Alto PA-3250, Fortinet 710G, or equivalent NGFW platforms

- Strong experience in firewall log analysis, optimization, and upgrades.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Experience with enterprise switching, servers, storage, cloud, and wireless infrastructure.
- Strong security expertise covering ACLs, network segmentation, IDS/IPS, access controls, and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and Zero Trust controls.
- Proven experience in infrastructure operations and IT service delivery.
- Experience with ITSM, SLA/OLA management, escalations, and performance monitoring.
- Proven experience leading infrastructure and support engineers.
- Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
