A career opportunity is available for an experienced Temenos Transact Lead Technical Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise in core banking systems. The role focuses on supporting Temenos Transact (T24), troubleshooting technical issues, debugging APIs, monitoring end-of-day operations, and coordinating deployments across critical banking platforms.

The successful candidate will work across technical and functional banking operations, supporting application environments, system integrations, and testing activities. Experience in release management, middleware, and banking application support will be valuable for maintaining system stability and ensuring efficient delivery.

• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to Temenos Transact (T24).
• Investigate and debug REST and SOAP APIs.
• Monitor and support the COB (Close of Business) process.
• Assist with environment refreshes and release management activities.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing).
• Track deployments and coordinate with relevant technical and functional teams.
• Support integrations between core banking applications, middleware, and other banking systems.
• Assist with environment support and technical issue resolution.
• Work with Dev Ops and DMT processes where applicable.

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24).
• Good understanding of core banking functionality and processes.
• Experience troubleshooting REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of COB monitoring and operational support.
• Experience with environment refreshes and release management.
• Familiarity with UAT and SIT support activities.
• Experience coordinating and tracking deployments.
• Exposure to banking integrations and middleware.
• Dev Ops and DMT exposure is an added advantage.
