Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Dynamics ERP Techno-Functional Consultant for a yearly renewable contract in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Power Automate, and .NET development, with experience across ERP operations, technical solution design, and business process automation.
The role combines ERP production support and incident resolution with custom development, integrations, vendor coordination, and system performance management. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement and AI-enabled transformation initiatives, including AI Agents and Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
Candidates should have eight years of experience with D365 F&O and Power Automate, five years of hands-on .NET development experience, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Knowledge of MCP integrations is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage ERP operations, production support, and incident resolution.
- Develop ERP customizations, plugins, modules, integrations, and .NET applications.
- Oversee vendor delivery, support teams, solution architecture, and system performance.
- Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and AI-enabled transformation.
- Implement AI Agents and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Support security, compliance, and cost-efficiency objectives.
- Contribute to technical solution design and ERP service management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support teams to maintain reliable ERP operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Eight years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power Automate.
- Five years of hands-on .NET development experience.
- Strong expertise in ERP operations and technical solution design.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and vendor management.
- Experience with AI-driven automation.
- Knowledge of AI Agents, Copilot Studio, and MCP integrations is an advantage.
- Ability to support ERP customizations, integrations, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
