Dicetek LLC is urgently hiring a Manager – Technology Lifecycle and Resilience for an opportunity in Dubai, UAE. This position is intended for a senior technology professional with at least 12 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, technology strategy, or architecture governance.

The role focuses on application portfolio management, technology lifecycle governance, technology obsolescence, enterprise resilience, and target-state architecture. Candidates should have experience leading complex, cross-platform initiatives in regulated environments, with strong knowledge of technology risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and architecture governance.

• Lead technology lifecycle and application portfolio management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technology strategies, roadmaps, and target-state architectures.
• Govern application life cycles and address technology obsolescence and end-of-support risks.
• Support enterprise resilience strategies across applications, infrastructure, data, integration, and cloud.
• Establish governance frameworks, RACI models, control points, and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to investment planning and technology risk management.
• Coordinate stakeholders and lead cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Support architecture governance using relevant frameworks and enterprise tools.
