MEP Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities between Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, HR, Finance and Clients
• Plan and monitor manpower allocation across multiple projects
• Track project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule
• Follow up on material requests, procurement status, deliveries and site requirements
• Coordinate site access permits, gate passes, work permits and client approvals
• Monitor technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals and project documentation
• Conduct regular follow-up with site teams and prepare progress reports
• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling and resource management
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover activities
• Identify project delays, risks and resource constraints and escalation as required
• Maintain project records, correspondence and documentation
• Manage project activities through Odoo ERP including task tracking, resource planning, timesheets, procurement follow-up and reporting
• Generate project performance reports and dashboards using Odoo
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and HSE standards

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience
• Good knowledge of MEP Projects
• Ability to manage manpower
• UAE experience is a must
• Valid UAE Driving License is required
