Job Overview

IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Claims Adjuster to join our Administration team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for entry-level professionals to start their career in the insurance industry, where you will play a crucial role in evaluating and processing insurance claims.

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating claims, assessing damages, and determining the extent of the insurance company’s liability. You will work closely with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a fair and timely resolution of claims. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and the integrity of our services.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 7,500 – AED 8,500 per month, along with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses
  • Review policy documents to determine coverage
  • Assess damages and losses to determine the amount of compensation
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate findings to clients and provide guidance on the claims process
  • Collaborate with legal and medical professionals as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in resolving disputes and negotiating settlements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service orientation and a professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of insurance principles is a plus
