Senior Client Executive – Multinational Risk Management Practice
Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management Practice s role will be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee global insurance programs across multiple jurisdictions, including local policy issuance, compliance with international insurance regulations, and centralized policy management, collaborating closely with Marsh offices worldwide.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, insurers, and network offices to ensure consistent application of agreed manuscript wording and smooth coordination across all involved parties.
- Manage the premium collection and payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to insurers’ networks and onward to the client’s captive.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues related to policy documentation, invoicing, and premium flows.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients and internal leadership on multinational insurance program developments, risk management, and regulatory changes including local insurance regulations, tariff ratings, and non-admitted insurance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards across all countries in the program, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, client satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members involved in multinational program management.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working with large multinational organizations.
- Proven track record in managing outward multinational insurance programs within large insurance broker firms.
- Strong understanding of multinational insurance program structures, policy wordings, and premium payment mechanisms.
- Experience liaising with insurers and network offices across multiple countries, ensuring operational consistency and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate complex multinational operations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the logistics or maritime sectors is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-border teams and projects.
