Take over a key role as a Head Trainer (Technical Services) in the Fulfillment - Quality department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. You will be responsible for leading the development and management of training for our Technical Services vertical, including AC Cleaning & Repair, Home Appliance Repair, Handyman, plumbing and electrical Services.
This pivotal role will build and manage a team of technical trainers, establish standardized SOPs, drive competency certification, and ensure our technicians are equipped with world‑class skills that meet GCC market standards.
What we expect from you:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Trainers across AC, Handyman, and Appliance Repair verticals
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and review processes for trainers
- Foster a culture of professionalism, technical excellence, and continuous learning
- Design, enhance, and implement end‑to‑end training frameworks covering technical skills, troubleshooting, customer service, safety, and field behavior
- Develop competency‑based multi‑level certification pathways for technicians
- Ensure training programs are scalable and aligned with GCC market requirements, brand standards, and customer expectations
- Introduce modern learning methods including digital modules, simulation training, and blended learning
- Create standardized SOPs for all service types: AC cleaning & repair, appliance repair, and handyman services
- Define end‑to‑end processes for technician screening, trade testing, onboarding, certification, and periodic evaluation
- Build documentation, manuals, technical guides, and work instructions for technicians and trainers
- Conduct regular technical audits and field assessments to ensure service excellence
- Ensure compliance with GCC safety norms, equipment‑handling protocols, and quality standards
- Use performance data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to refine training programs
- Standardize reporting, evaluation forms, and training documentation
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to elevate the quality, efficiency, and reliability of technical services
- 10–12+ years of experience in AC/HVAC (AC systems cleaning, servicing, troubleshooting and repair), appliance repair, handyman services, or technical training roles
- Proven experience building or leading a technical training function or trade‑testing operation
- Strong understanding of GCC service requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or related technical trades (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field (preferred)
- Should be open to travel to different countries
- Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills in English (Hindi, Nepali, or Tagalog is a plus)
- Ability to analyze data, measure outcomes, and turn insights into action
