We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and refining Arabic (UAE) customer service content. This role involves improving machine-translated materials to ensure accuracy, natural language, and alignment with project guidelines.
What you’ll doReview and refine machine-translated customer service content (help articles, UI strings, internal support documentation)
Ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in Arabic (UAE)
Maintain consistency across terminology, style, and meaning
Apply feedback to support continuous quality improvement
Complete tasks within a Translation Management System (TMS)
Communicate with Project Managers as needed to clarify expectations

Requirements- Native proficiency in Arabic (UAE) and strong English skills
- Experience in translation, localization, or translation quality review

- Previous experience working in a TMS is a plus
- Successful completion of required assessments
