Job Purpose
The Arabic Localization Coordinator is responsible for translating and localizing English product descriptions into high‑quality Arabic that aligns with Ounass brand voice, luxury positioning, and customer expectations. The role combines hands‑on translation expertise with coordination responsibilities to ensure accurate, culturally relevant, and timely delivery of Arabic content. It also supports AI/Translation Memory assisted translation workflows, performs post‑editing, and contributes to improving linguistic quality of Arabic output.
The role involves coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring the seamless upload of Arabic copy onto the Ounass platform while maintaining accuracy and quality.

- Translate product descriptions (RTW, bags, footwear, jewelry, accessories, beauty) from English into Arabic.
- Ensure translations reflect luxury tone, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
- Independently assess translation accuracy, context alignment, and image‑copy consistency, and proactively flag and resolve issues.
- Evaluate and refine AI/Translation Memory generated outputs.
- Perform linguistic QA and validation checks.
- Provide constructive feedback to freelancers.
- Support continuous improvement of localization workflows.
- Create and analyze categorized sheets using SDL Trados.
- Distribute the sheets and Translation Memories into the freelancers’ folders.
- Upload the Arabic copy onto the designated platform.
- Update and maintain the Translation Memories with the latest translations.
- Import Arabic sheets into the Copy Management System for further processing.
- Update the translation trackers to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Manage several brands/sheets and adapt to changes in work priorities and schedules as needed.
- Follow up on pending and completed copy translations, providing timely updates to relevant parties.
- Follow up on emails and other related work channels including customer issues.

Job Requirements Education/Certification and Continued Education- Bachelor's degree in translation, business, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional translation experience and project management.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- Strong team player

- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Flawless language skills, strong grammar and style, and the ability to produce clear, engaging Arabic content
