Chinese- English Translator – Interpreter

Responsibilities

Provide on-site interpretation Chinese-English for business meetings, negotiations, and daily communications.

Translate company documents, contracts, marketing materials, and emails with accuracy and professional standards.

Deliver high-quality interpretation services during client meetings, exhibitions, and training sessions to ensure smooth communication.

Assist the sales team in communicating with international clients, facilitating business cooperation and order execution.

Participate in cross-border trade negotiations, ensuring a clear understanding of contract terms, business agreements, and technical details.

Facilitate efficient communication among multinational employees within the company, improving team collaboration.

Provide culturally adapted translations tailored to the UAE and Middle Eastern market, enhancing client engagement.

Maintain and organize translated documents for consistency and traceability.

Develop and update a terminology database to ensure translation accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Translation, Linguistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in translation or business interpretation, preferably in international trade, business negotiations, or legal contract translation.
• Familiar with the UAE and Middle East market culture.
• Able to translate between English and Chinese.
• Fluent in English (must be able to work professionally in English).
• Fluent in Chinese (must be able to work professionally in Chinese).
• Strong linguistic accuracy in translating business contracts, legal documents, and trade-related materials.
• Familiarity with international trade terms (FOB, CIF), business agreements, import/export processes, and related translation standards.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to work effectively in an international team environment.
