We’re looking for an Executive
Lawyer with solid experience in the real estate development sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding property development, corporate operations, and commercial contracts. You’ll play a key advisory role, supporting management on all legal matters related to the company’s projects, partnerships, and compliance activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Handle legal aspects of real estate development projects and company operations.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Advise management on legal risks, obligations, and strategic solutions.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Support in dispute resolution, documentation, and corporate governance processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in real estate development or construction law within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and property law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work proactively and provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice.
