Vice President Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

• Global Sourcing & Procurement: Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy to ensure a competitive cost base, high-quality production, and a diversified, ethical supplier network.
• Logistics & Distribution: Own global logistics, freight, and customs, designing and managing a distribution network that can efficiently serve an expanding international retail footprint.
• Inventory Management: Partner with the VP of FP&A and Merchandise Planning to translate demand plans into an effective inventory strategy, managing operational stock levels, flow, and availability across the network.
• Cost & Efficiency: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and delivering significant cost and efficiency savings across sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing global supply chain team capable of supporting a multi-billion dollar international business.

• Senior Operational Supply Chain Leader: A seasoned VP or Director of Supply Chain from a major international fashion, apparel, or footwear retailer known for its operational excellence.
• Sourcing Transition Expert: Must have demonstrable, hands-on experience in setting up or transitioning international sourcing offices, preferably with exposure to both Asian and Middle Eastern operating environments.
