Delivery & Handling
- Deliver plants, pots, soil, and accessories safely to customer locations
- Handle live plants carefully to avoid damage or spillage
- Load and unload items properly using company guidelines
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules strictly
- Confirm delivery details before handover
- Obtain customer confirmation (signature / OTP / photo proof)
- Maintain polite, professional behavior at customer premises
- Do not negotiate prices, discounts, or side deals with customers
- Collect cash only as per invoice instructions
- Return cash and delivery documents same day
- Report discrepancies immediately—no adjustments on your own
- Maintain company vehicle or assigned delivery equipment
- Report damages, breakdowns, or delays immediately
- No unauthorized use of company vehicle or fuel
- Follows instructions exactly as given
- Does not improvise, substitute, or “adjust” on their own
- Understands that approval comes before action

- Understands fragility, watering sensitivity, and transport risks

- Takes clear photos of plants, invoices, and deliveries
- Understands:

- Uses Google Maps efficiently
- Plans routes logically to avoid delays
- Understands that late delivery damages brand trust
- Polite, brief, and factual with customers
- Does not negotiate prices, tips, or side requests
- Knows when to stay silent and escalate
- Does not accept commissions, gifts, or “favours” from vendors
- Does not build personal vendor relationships
- Understands that “everyone does it” is not an excuse
- Physically fit for loading/unloading
- Mentally steady under pressure
- Does not panic, argue, or disappear when issues arise
