Supply Chain Intern
Location:
Dubai, UAE At CHANEL, our commitment to excellence and operational performance is at the heart of our Maison. As a Supply Chain Intern for Fragrance & Beauty, you will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Executive and work alongside Area Sales Managers, Marketing, Retail, Local Market, Brand Managers, Boutique Teams and our headquarters in Neuilly to ensure seamless order processing and shipment coordination across the UAE.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury supply chain operations, shipment follow-up, and cross-functional teamwork, while contributing to the continued success of one of the world’s most iconic brands.
Assist with clearance and invoicing processes for the UAE Local Market, coordinating with distributors and supporting the Supply Chain Executive.
Transforming supply chain data into actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. Developing your organizational, analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, luxury retail environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a keen analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills and proactive follow-up abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. experience or coursework in supply chain management, order processing, or Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
As a Supply Chain Intern at CHANEL, you will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team dedicated to driving operational excellence and shaping the future of luxury retail in the region. You will develop technical and interpersonal skills, gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations and play an active role in supporting CHANEL’s growth.
