- Manage and oversee inventory by monitoring stock levels and arranging timely replenishment to ensure smooth operations without delays.
- Coordinate with vendors to source materials, negotiating terms for cost-efficient procurement that aligns with budget goals.
- Keep detailed records of material usage and inventory transactions, supporting compliance with company policies and readiness for audits.
- Collaborate with project teams to anticipate material needs based on project timelines and schedules.
- Work closely with logistics to secure timely delivery of materials to project sites, minimizing operational downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, providing a solid understanding of inventory management principles.
- At least 3 years of experience in material coordination or inventory management, ideally within manufacturing or construction settings.
- Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle to optimize inventory tracking and management processes.
