The Supply Chain Analyst manages and handles overall supply chain activities to meet the company s targets and adhere to management s SOPs. The role involves SAP improvements and requires collaborative work with various departments to ensure effective demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. The position provides key support in performance reporting, problem‑solving, and solution development, delivering insights to improve operational efficiency.
WhatYou Will Do
- Gathering and interpreting relevant data such as costs, sales, and demand patterns.
- Investigating problems, identifying root causes, and developing solutions while addressing supply chain issues that could affect the business.
- Developing periodic performance reports and presenting them in divisional meetings.
- Coordinating delivery schedules and other supply chain activities.
- Tracking shipment clearance performance and presenting performance charts on the dashboard.
- Managing all elements of demand planning and inventory for all product categories.
- Working collaboratively with sales and marketing units to understand and deliver brand requirements.
- Reporting and managing inventory levels, highlighting risks and appropriate actions.
- Managing activities required for short and long‑term planning cycles while ensuring accuracy with finance and businesses.
- Managing activities in developing safety stock levels by product while optimizing inventory investment and targeted inventory turns.
- Identifying and developing new ideas and leading projects to improve overall supply chain processes aligned with best industry practices.
- Functional ability on SAPISAuto.
- Expert skills in office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask efficiently.
The Role
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of experience in different domains of supply chain, with advantageous experience in an ISO certified company.
- Functional ability on SAPISAuto and expert skills in office applications.
- Proficient in supply chain management, costing analysis, and strategic planning.
