Associate Planner

Join Ecolab’s Logistics team as a strong Associate Planner to help make the world cleaner, safer, and healthier.

• Ensure personal compliance with all company safety regulations and guidelines.
• Adhere to Quality System, Operational, and Human Resource policies, procedures, and practices, including housekeeping procedures.
• Execute the purchasing plan by converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
• Work with suppliers to meet plan delivery date and quantity requirements to optimize service, inventory, and cost.
• Communicate timely and effectively about issues in purchasing materials that may result in poor plan adherence, providing daily updates to internal and external personnel regarding supplier and open purchase order status exceptions.
• Identify appropriate re‑planning and/or recommended courses of action to minimize non‑conformances.
• Analyze previous purchasing plans for deviations and work with Procurement buyers and management to determine how future deviations can be prevented.
• Achieve KPI targets to support the organization’s service, working capital, and cost goals.
• Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance such as backorders, plan adherence, and inventory results.
• Notify appropriate parties and drive corrective action for inventory discrepancy resolution.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with suppliers, internal plant personnel, planning, and Supply Chain management, balancing several priorities to multi‑task throughout the day.
• Support the sales team to achieve their targets by delivering products and services on time.
• Maintain record keeping.
• Maintain vendor and service provider relationships.
• Achieve Logistics KPIs.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: Bachelor’s in Business faculty).
• Must be a UAE National.
• Immigration Sponsorship available for internal full‑time hire.
• Extensive internship experience in a logistics environment.
• Completed supply chain project as part of graduation program.
• Excellent Excel and Word capabilities; basic BI skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
