Responsibilities
- Monitor the key metrics of the DC Operations, Shift Planning and Management
- Develop ideas/solutions to enhance the performance of the supply chain operations in the DC
- Perform Opex and Capex budgeting for the DC Operations
- Process Improvements (Productivity/Efficiency), Do Spot Audits to ensure compliance of the Warehouse Process as per the guidelines
- Continuous Improvements using Lean/Kata Principles
- Lead as SPOC for all DC / Warehouse transformation projects /initiatives
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Deliverables to business
- Implement ideas and demonstrate the value extraction from the Initiatives
- Maintain MIS and prepare monthly dashboards/PPT for Warehouse Performance
