Location
The position will be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities- Orderbook Management
:
Responsible for maintaining and auditing the orderbook, ensuring alignment between production shipping schedules and delivery deadlines. - Sales & CSR Partnership
:
Acting as the primary interface for Sales teams and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), providing accurate status updates and managing expectations for critical orders. - Shipment Execution
:
Direct handling of import/export processes including container bookings, freight forwarder coordination, and full mastery of Incoterms and Bill of Lading. - Critical Follow-up
:
Specialized in monitoring hot or high-priority orders, troubleshooting bottlenecks to prevent delays in the supply chain. - Financial Integration
:
Active participation in month-end closing activities, ensuring all shipments are correctly processed for timely revenue recognition.
- ERP/TMS experience, with desirable experience in SAP and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Data analytics skills, ability to develop logistics and commercial dashboards using Power BI to track KPIs and support decision-making.
