We are looking for a Purchase In-Charge to oversee the procurement of food, beverages, and other supplies for our client's restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B purchasing, vendor management, and cost control
, ensuring high-quality ingredients and materials are sourced efficiently while maintaining budgetary targets.

• Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and availability of key ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to align purchases with operational needs.
• Track and analyze purchasing data to optimize costs and reduce waste.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records.

• Proven experience in purchasing/procurement within a restaurant, hospitality, or F&B environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with procurement software or systems is a plus.
