Procurement Internship: Global Sourcing & Ops

The candidate will join our Purchasing team in the MEA Regional Office in Dubai.

• Source equipment, goods, and services while managing the full end‑to‑end procurement cycle.
• Supply all workshop, store, and office requirements for Dubai, Fujairah, and Abu Dhabi to ensure smooth operations.
• Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate cost‑effective deals.
• Evaluate suppliers, verify onboarding documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Ensure all procurement processes comply with Everllence policies, QHSE requirements, and approval workflows.
• Participate in Stock counts.

• Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must be enrolled in a College / University program.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, cross‑functional and with a multi‑location team.
