PL Region Manager- MENA

Job Summary

The 3PL Region Manager acts as the high‑level "bridge" between iHerb and its external logistics providers across a specific geographic territory, responsible for daily operations and coordination with our partners and internal stakeholders. Heavy operations management experience is required.

• 3PL Operations Management
  • Own day-to‑day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region
  • Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, returns)
• Partner Management & Governance
  • Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews and metrics tracking
  • Act as primary escalation point for operational issues
  • Monitor inventory and order processing across iHerb and 3PL partner systems to ensure alignment
• Cross‑functional Coordination
  • Partner with internal teams (Inventory Planning, Marketing, Engineering, Ops) to align execution with business needs
• Capacity & Peak Planning
  • Lead labor and space planning with 3PLs to support promotions and peak periods
• Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct site audits to ensure safety, process adherence, and inventory controls
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed for regional operations
• Identify and implement process improvements across systems and operations

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic in Mena)

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Generally requires a minimum of seven (7) years of supervisory experience within a multi‑shift distribution center. E‑Commerce and 3PL management experience is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related discipline or equivalent additional experience required

The Team Member is frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms.

Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to store materials throughout the work day. The Team Member may occasionally lift or move materials and products up to 25 pounds. Proper lifting techniques required. The role is based in the UAE to oversee operations in South Dubai as well as a facility outside of Riyadah. Travel is expected between the two sites as needed to support both facilities appropriately.
