• Assist and report to the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform dispatch duties, including sending equipment or parts for repair to designated vendors, service centers, or manufacturers, and validating the correct items before collection.
• Plan and schedule delivery of items and equipment in accordance with project requirements or as advised by the Operations Manager.
• Assist in receiving and sending equipment to projects: loading/unloading trucks, packing/unpacking equipment, verifying delivery orders, preparing packing lists and other essential paperwork.
• Receive goods and prepare paperwork according to company procedures.
• Check equipment returned from projects to ensure it matches the packing list.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping, ensuring a tidy and safe workplace.
• Assist with stock tagging (barcode) and perform data entry for barcode printing.
• Ensure smooth collection and delivery of goods to and from various locations across the UAE; a company vehicle will be provided for delivery purposes.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required.

• At least a High School certificate or Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in using computer software, e.g., Microsoft Office and an inventory management system.
• Hardworking with a positive work attitude.
• Ability to lift a manual load of 20 kg.
• A safety-conscious mindset.
• Team player and self‑driven.
• Basic or conversational English speaking ability.
• Valid forklift license and driving license.
