We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support the property maintenance department. The role ensures our hotels maintain the highest standards of safety, comfort and guest satisfaction while adhering to all legislation and company policies.

• Support the smooth operation of the maintenance department and uphold company standards.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete all work timely and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Own assigned areas of responsibility and help achieve departmental objectives.
• Continuously develop skills, knowledge and experience in property maintenance.
• Work with the Head of Department to maintain inventory, meet productivity targets and achieve performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders while promoting company culture.
• Ensure all work complies with legislation, audit requirements and best practice activities.

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role within property maintenance.
• Background in MEP/Plumbing required.
• Pro‑active, hands‑on approach.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Strong ability to manage tasks and deliver results.
• Creative problem‑solving and recommendation skills.
