Ensure the seamless operation of our office’s critical infrastructure—HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing—so that our team and guests experience a reliable, comfortable environment every day. You’ll be the go-to expert for preventive maintenance, quick fixes, and coordination with contractors and the building’s facility team.

• 0–30 Days Get familiar with the building’s HVAC and electrical layouts and all project documentation. Establish relationships with the facility management team and key service providers.
• 31–60 Days Implement a routine inspection schedule. Begin setting up service agreements for HVAC and electrical maintenance. Respond swiftly to any urgent repair needs.
• 61–90 Days Take full ownership of system performance and contractor coordination. Propose improvements to increase energy efficiency and system reliability.

• Monitor and maintain HVAC (top priority), electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Perform or coordinate minor repairs with a handyman or external vendors.
• Manage service contracts and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to plan power shutdowns or upgrades.
• Provide clear updates and reports to the operations team.

• Hands-on experience with HVAC and/or electrical systems in commercial or industrial facilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Ability to respond to urgent issues outside standard hours.
• Basic English for communication with our international automation team.
• Engineering degree preferred but not required.
