Salary: 2500 - 3000 AED per month

• Assess furniture condition, fabric type, and stains to determine the most effective cleaning methods and products for optimal results.
• Expertly operate professional-grade cleaning equipment, including extraction machines, steam cleaners, and specialized tools, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Pre-treat and remove a variety of stains, such as coffee, ink, pet stains, and food spills, utilizing advanced stain removal techniques and solutions.
• Perform thorough cleaning of sofas, chairs, carpets, and other upholstered furniture, paying close attention to detail in high-traffic areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining cleaning processes, and ensuring complete satisfaction with the cleaning results.
• Inspect furniture after cleaning to guarantee quality, and address any remaining issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment, supplies, and work areas, adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, customer service, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on job progress and addressing any challenges or issues that arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications in furniture cleaning or upholstery cleaning.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in professional furniture cleaning within the Dubai market.
• Strong understanding of various fabric types, cleaning agents, and stain removal techniques.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining professional cleaning equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients professionally.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving furniture.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required;
  Arabic is a plus.
• UAE residency with a valid visa is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
